About the Founder of Ultra Group
Benny Chai founded Ultra in 2013 as a small part-time maid service in Puchong — a handful of dedicated cleaners and one simple promise: show up on time, treat every space like your own, and never leave a customer unhappy.
That promise carried Ultra from one outlet to twelve specialist divisions, thirteen branches and more than 800 trained specialists. Every specialist is still trained the same way at Ultra Academy, whether the job is deep-cleaning a condo, servicing an aircond or keeping a restaurant pest-free.
Growth never changed how the group works. Benny still spends his weeks between branches — walking job sites, reviewing customer feedback and sitting in on classes at Ultra Academy in Puchong. Supervisors are promoted from within, and every division lead started on the tools.
The goal for the years ahead is just as simple: grow more young Malaysians into team leaders, branch managers and division directors — and stay the one group that families, offices and businesses across KL, Selangor and Johor trust for every property need.
