Cleaning Needs Confirmation
Before any work begins, our team leader conducts an on-site walkthrough with the client to identify priority zones, special instructions, fragile items and specific cleaning concerns. A tailored checklist is created to ensure nothing is missed.
Surface Dust Removal
Top-to-bottom approach starting from ceiling fans, air-con vents and light fixtures down to shelves, window sills, door frames and furniture surfaces. Microfibre cloths used to trap dust particles instead of spreading them.
Kitchen & Wet Area Cleaning
Full degreasing of stovetop, range hood exterior, kitchen backsplash and countertops. Sink scrubbing with limescale treatment, cabinet exterior wiping and appliance surface cleaning. Wet areas are sanitised and dried to prevent mould growth.
Bathroom Cleaning
Detailed scrubbing of toilet bowl interior and exterior, shower screen, basin, mirror and wall tiles. Floor grout brushing, drain clearing and full sanitisation. Taps and fittings are polished, and all surfaces are dried to a streak-free finish.
Floor Cleaning
Three-stage floor process: dry sweep to collect debris, followed by vacuuming edges and corners, then wet mopping with appropriate cleaning solution for each floor type — tiles, vinyl, laminate or marble. Special attention to skirting boards and under-furniture areas.
Final Touch & Light Tidying
Team leader conducts a room-by-room quality walkthrough against the initial checklist. Cushions arranged, bins emptied and lined, surfaces given a final polish, items returned to position, and any missed spots addressed before client sign-off.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each session is a minimum of 4 hours. You can choose between 4 hours with 1 cleaner, or 2 hours with 2 cleaners working simultaneously.
Cleaning tools and chemicals are available as an optional add-on for RM35. This includes vacuum, broom, mop, detergent, and basic chemicals. You may also use your own cleaning supplies.
