Ultra started in 2013 as a small part-time maid service in Puchong — a handful of dedicated cleaners and a simple promise: show up on time, clean like it's your own home, and never leave a customer unhappy.
That promise carried us further than we imagined. Satisfied customers recommended us to their neighbours, offices and businesses — and the team grew into more than 800 trained specialists across 13 branches in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor.
Today, Ultra Group is a Malaysia Book of Records holder — 25,212 properties serviced in a single year — and that one promise has become twelve specialist divisions covering cleaning, aircon, pest control, pools, hygiene, maintenance, staffing, landscaping, training and repairs.

Eco Aircond joins the family, adding air-conditioning servicing, and we begin providing manpower solutions for businesses.

Benny Chai founded Ultra in 2013 as a part-time maid service in Puchong, and has led its growth into one of Malaysia's most recognised property-care groups — 13 branches, 800+ trained specialists and a one-stop family of twelve divisions spanning cleaning, aircon, pest, pool, hygiene and more.
Under his leadership, the group entered The Malaysia Book of Records with 25,212 properties serviced in a single year, and Benny himself has been honoured among Malaysia's most promising young business leaders.
Recognition has followed the growth. Ultra has been named among Malaysia's G Forty Top 40 Most Promising Companies and honoured at the 2024 SHIPBA international business awards, while Benny himself was recognised with the Nanyang Emerging Icon entrepreneur award. The group is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and registered with CIDB Malaysia.
That record was built branch by branch. What started with one team in Puchong in 2013 now runs across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor, serving homes, offices, factories and developers under a single group — and the goal Benny has set for it is larger still: to build Malaysia's No.1 lifestyle service platform.
Rocky Chai serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Group, working across all twelve divisions to keep one operating standard in place — whether the job is an hourly home clean, a factory pest programme or a commercial maintenance contract.
The group's scale is what makes that demanding: 13 branches across KL, Selangor and Johor, more than 800 trained specialists, and twelve divisions each running their own equipment, teams and schedules. The common thread is the documented SOP every specialist is trained on at Ultra Academy, and the ISO 9001:2015 quality system the group is certified to.
